Terms of Use — Donations

By submitting a donation through this website, you agree to the following:

1. About This Site

This donation form is operated by Congregation Agudas Achim, a California nonprofit religious corporation and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, located at 7836 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046.

2. Nature of Transaction

Donations made through this site are voluntary charitable contributions. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of giving. Your card or bank statement may show this transaction under the descriptor "Congregation Agudas Achim" or a similar identifier.

3. Payment Processing

Card and bank payments are processed securely by MX Merchant, a third-party payment processor. Congregation Agudas Achim does not receive, transmit, or store your full card number at any point.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting a donation, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, or have the account holder's permission to use it, and that all information you provide is accurate. You agree not to dispute or reverse a valid donation through your bank or card issuer (chargeback), and you may be held responsible for the donation amount plus any fees or costs incurred as a result of an unauthorized or fraudulent dispute.

5. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us at agudasachimla@gmail.com or (323) 654-8424 within 30 days and we will review the request.

6. Tax Deductibility

Congregation Agudas Achim is recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor. A written acknowledgment will be provided for your records.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided to make a donation through this site.
